CallSniper / QA evaluation checklist
Make the evaluation answer a real question.
A pilot is easier to judge when the team decides in advance which question the evaluation answers and what evidence would settle it. This checklist walks through that preparation in twelve items, keeps the ticks in the browser, and prints for the kickoff call.

01Choose the question and owner.
02Prepare representative recordings.
03Define observable criteria.
04Review the complete workflow.
What a good answer looks like.
By the end of the checklist, four things exist in writing. Each one gives the pilot a way to be judged.
| Part | What it contains |
|---|---|
| The question | One operational problem, named in a sentence. |
| The recordings | Routine calls, difficult audio, and known exceptions. |
| The criteria | A pass condition and a point value for each one. |
| The decision | A date and the person who makes it. |
Bring the checklist to the pilot.
A pilot that starts from a named question, a set of recordings, and a written rubric has its own answer waiting at the decision date.
