Who this policy is from
CallSniper is a service of Trinsic Technologies, Inc. Call recordings, transcripts, and scores that a customer sends to the CallSniper application are governed by that customer’s agreement with Trinsic Technologies.
What this website collects
The demo request form
The form at /demo asks for a name, a work email address, a company name, and an optional phone number. It also offers an optional range for monthly recorded calls, an optional quality assurance priority, and an optional note. We use this information only to follow up with you about CallSniper, or to address billing or service questions.
The free trial walkthrough
The pages at /trial ask for a work email address and a mobile number. Those values stay in your browser and are not transmitted or stored.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a small set of actions: a phone link opened, an email link opened, a template downloaded, a demo request started, a demo request submitted, and an article read past the halfway point. Google also derives an approximate location from the network address the request arrives on.
Loading the tag sets two first party cookies in the browser, named _ga and _ga_ followed by the measurement identifier for this property. Google uses them to tell one visit from the next. Any value that reads as an email address or a phone number is dropped before an event is sent.
Storage held on your own device
Two keys are written to browser storage and stay there. callsniper-theme remembers the light or dark setting, and callsniper-qa-checklist-v1 remembers which boxes are ticked on the evaluation checklist. Neither is sent anywhere. Clearing site data removes both.
Tools that send nothing
The pricing calculator, the scorecard builder, the rule builder, and the other interactive demonstrations run entirely in your browser. The figures typed into them are never transmitted.
Opt-out preference signals
This website honors opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. When a browser or extension sends that signal, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. A browser sending the older Do Not Track header is treated the same way.
Subscribers
Once you become a subscriber, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, and location. Subscribers can create a company account and add their employee users to the system. CallSniper uses account information to bill the client, fulfill customer service requests, communicate with users about training, updates and policies, see how customers engage with the service, and share new services and promotions.
Sensitive personal information
CallSniper does not gather sensitive personal information such as a social security number, driver’s license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or criminal background. The demo form warns against pasting customer information or call transcripts into the note field for that reason.
Who the information is shared with
We share information only with third parties CallSniper uses to provide the service: AI providers that process data, phone system providers for call recordings, and software applications a customer asks CallSniper to share information with. Google receives the website analytics described above. We do not sell personal information.
How long it is kept
We keep personal information for as long as we need it. For example, we keep your name and email address on file as long as you have an account with us, and billing information may be kept longer to maintain our transaction records.
Information security
We keep your information in a secure datacenter behind enterprise grade firewalls. While we do our best to protect your data, providing personal information is at your own risk.
Your choices and rights
You can decline to provide personal information. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Sending Global Privacy Control from your browser is one way to do that on this website. Exercising any of these choices never changes the price or quality of anything we offer.
