Your CallSniper walkthrough

See CallSniper
in action.

There are three ways to experience the product: a demo on sample data, an evaluation on your own recordings, and a look at a configured implementation. Pick the one you want below, and this form sends it to the team.

Three ways to experience CallSniper.

Each one shows you more of the product than the one before it, and the second is the one that runs on your own calls.

What a batch looks like on the way through.

An evaluation starts with recordings you already have. Each one arrives with its length, its agent, and the client account it belongs to, then comes back scored against the scorecard your team agreed to. Run the sample batch below to see the shape of the result.

Every recording is waiting on the scorecard. Scoring runs after the call ends.

The recordings here are samples. An evaluation runs the same way on a batch of your own calls, with transfer, access and retention agreed in writing first.

What the demo covers.

The walkthrough connects the recording, the scoring, and the report so you can decide where CallSniper fits.

Listen to the recorded conversation.

Play a sample recording beside its transcript and find the moment a reviewer needs to hear.

Score against your standards.

See how the requirements your team sets, and the failures you treat as critical, turn a call into a scorecard your team can discuss.

Share the result with your team.

Explore client dashboards and reports, then talk through how CallSniper fits your review process.

Before we meet.

A few details about each option and what comes afterward.

How recordings are handled
Do I need recordings for the first demo?

No. The demo runs on a sample recording the team brings. The evaluation is the option that uses your own calls, and transfer, access, and retention are agreed in writing before any file moves.

Can we use our own scorecard?

Yes. Bring an overview of the standards your team reviews against. The walkthrough covers the requirements you set and the failures you treat as critical, and the CallSniper team helps configure a scorecard for an evaluation.

Who should join?

Start with the person responsible for QA or operations. A supervisor or the person who manages your recording platform can join if their input would help.

What happens after I send the form?

The CallSniper team follows up to arrange the option you picked. After a demo you can move to an evaluation on your own recordings, with scope and pricing agreed together.

Pick the one that fits your team.

The same form starts a demo, an evaluation, or an implementation conversation.
