Overview
The owner's first screen: how many calls came in, how they scored, and which account moved.
CallSniper turns every scored call into a report an operator can hand to the practice manager. The panel below reads twelve weeks for one agent against the team average, then says in two sentences what the line does and which step that agent misses most often. Pick another agent and both change, because the gap that matters is different for every person.

Dana’s scores slipped for three weeks running, from 82% to 71%.
Her most common miss: not reading callback numbers back.
Sample data. Trends come from every scored call, not a sample of them.
One scorecard produces the overview the owner scans, the scoreboard the supervisor works from, and the dashboard each client opens. The definitions match across all three, so a number on the client page traces back to the same calls. Figures here are samples.

Every agent ranked on the same scorecard, with the lowest score one click from its call.
One account view with its calls, score, and the operator's logo at the top of the page.
Each line on the page answers a question the client already has, and each line comes from the scorecard the team reviews calls against.
| What the client sees | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Weekly score | The average score across their calls that week |
| Critical flags | Checks marked critical on their scorecard |
| Example calls | The flagged and the strong calls with timestamps |
| Trend | The same definitions applied week over week |
| Gaps | The checks this agent misses most often |
Organization branding can place the operator's logo and name on supported reports. The pilot confirms the report formats and branding available for the intended workflow.
The pilot starts with the report the team already sends. CallSniper rebuilds it from scored calls in the first session, and the client sees the same numbers with the calls behind them.
The report, the metric, and the agent shape the first view together on the call, then a month of the team's own recordings runs through it.

Reporting can be organized by agent and client account. Confirm the available permissions and intended audience for each view during the pilot.
CSV and PDF for supported reports, confirmed per report during the pilot. The client dashboard and the agent scoreboard are the first two set up, with the operator's branding on the PDF.
Bring a month of recordings and the report that went with them, and see the same numbers come back with every call attached.
