Once you become a subscriber, we collect the following information:

CallSniper does not gather any of your sensitive personal information, such as your social security number, driver's license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or details on your criminal background.

How the information collected is used:

Subscribers to Callsniper can create a company account, and add their employee users to the system. Subscribers add all users and any associated personal information to the system.

Subscribed users can:

• View other associates who are logged into CallSniper
• Analyze information relating to a call agent’s performance
• Cross-collaborate with each other in the system

Callsniper uses user account information to:

• Bill out to the client
• Fulfill customer service requests
• Communicate with users for training, updates and policies
• Evaluate analytics to see how our customers engage with the service
• Communicate new services and promotions

Length of time personal information is stored:

We may store your personal information for an extended period of time, depending on how we need to use the information. For example, we'll keep your email address and name on file as long as you have an account with us. In addition, we may need to keep your billing information on file for an extended period of time to maintain our internal transaction records.

Who the information is shared with:

We may share your information with third parties but only third-parties who Callsniper utilizes in order to render the subscribed to service(s) to the customer, such as

1. AI provider(s) to processes data,
2. Phone system providers for call recordings,
3. Third party software applications who the customer requests that Callsniper share information with.

We do our best to keep your private information secure and safe at our secure datacenter behind enterprise-grade firewalls. Please understand that while we do our best to protect your data, providing your personal information is at your own risk.

Ability to decline to provide personal information:

You can, of course, decline to disclosure your personal information to the administrator of your company account. Callsniper does not ask for your personal information.
